I met Tammy as an introduction from a friend who had used Tammy to sell her home in Cocoa.  Moving from Tennessee, I had no real way of determining who would be the best realtor for me, so I went with a recommendation.  It was by far the best decision I made during the move.

Tammy has a background she doesn't put on the front burner, but it proved invaluable for me.  Her experience in insurance and real estate helped her spot a detail NEVER MENTIONED BY THE SELLERS OR THEIR AGENT that prevented me from making an offer on a home in which I would have been miserable.  And it would have made selling the house an almost impossible deal.  She informed me of this detail when I had returned to Tennessee, AND AT THE EXPENSE OF HER SALE.  She knew I was going to retract my offer, void the sale, and she would lose her commission.  

In a world where integrity no longer seems to matter, rest assured it does.  And it does with Tammy.  Her background, integrity, and forthrightness helped me to eventually find a home I enjoy, and she took care of all the details which was especially helpful since I was out of state.
